Our well pump kept shorting out our fuse box, causing our water to shut off. I called Kelly James Plumbing, and Scott called me back within two minutes—even while he was on vacation—to get information and set us up with his dad, Kelly.
Kelly came out within two hours and did extensive voltage testing to confirm that our well pump motor was bad. He was extremely thorough and explained everything in a way I could easily understand. He also spoke directly with our electrician to make sure the best solution was chosen for our house.
Kelly completed all of the work in the cold and took the time to explain the process to us as he went. His professionalism, knowledge, and dedication really stood out. I would highly recommend Kelly James Plumbing for any job. Thanks so much for your help!
